Suitable for beginners and experienced mediation practitioners alike, this Day of Mindfulness will support us in stopping, calming our bodies and minds, and looking deeply as we practice mindful sitting, walking, eating, and deep relaxation.
What to bring:
- Comfortable, loose fitting clothing
- Cushion and/or mat for sitting (chairs will also be available)
- Yoga mat or blanket for deep relaxation meditation (laying down)
- A reusable tea or coffee cup
Registration cost will be $30, including a vegetarian/vegan lunch. Payment information will be sent once you register.
